Terms of Service
Last updated
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Wedira platform (“Service”). By using the Service you accept these terms.
1. Description of the Service
Wedira is a platform that lets you create digital invitations for events, collect RSVPs and manage guests. Available features depend on the chosen plan.
2. Account
An account is required to use restricted features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
3. Plans and payments
The Service offers a free plan and paid plans billed once per event. Payments are processed through Stripe. Unless otherwise stated, and subject to any applicable withdrawal rights under the law, amounts paid for digital services already rendered are non-refundable. Prices and plan features may change; the terms in force at the time of purchase apply.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the content you upload (text, images, guest data) and warrant that you have the right to use it. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights or is contrary to public order. When uploading guest data, you warrant that you are entitled to do so and that you have informed guests in compliance with privacy regulations.
You grant Wedira a limited license to host and process this content solely to provide the Service.
5. Permitted use
- You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes or spam.
- You may not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
- You may not resell the Service without authorization.
6. Intellectual property
The Wedira trademark, software, templates and platform graphics belong to the owner or its licensors and are protected under intellectual property law.
7. Availability and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. While we work to ensure continuity and accuracy, we cannot rule out interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, Wedira is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
8. Term and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts in case of violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms; the date above indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of [controller's city], except for the mandatory consumer forum where applicable.
